You may request a return within 7 / 14 / 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with details and images (if applicable).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
